The Schwarzbein Principle Promote the general welfare while practicing the fine art of self-government. Click the hyperlink and read the review of this book on nutrition. Better yet, buy the book while you're at it. That way, you can support this site and follow the eating regimen recommended in the book. That's right, by improving your own health, you promote the general welfare. If everybody did that, a whole lot of the current health care crisis would be solved and everyone would actually be healthier instead of just staying on this side of the grass longer.

General, Why an Index?

If your first stop to this site brought you to some page other than the top page, as is often the case, this page can help you get around.

This site has more than 25 pages. This index lists nearly all of them except itself and mc.htm. You can tell if you have seen everything by glancing at the hyperlinks.

Also, if you have visited the site before and want to find something again, this page can help.
